You can save 80% on the startup costs by providing data to the URC in the preferred format.
You should contact your utility provider and investigate if they can deliver your consumption information in the preferred format.
The data should be placed in an ASCII file, comma separated, double quotation for text data, delivered to an ftp site
on the FSEC server on a weekly or monthly basis. The following table shows the minimum required data.
